Dairy isn’t, but is almond milk Paleo?
Most Paleo eaters are aware that cow’s milk is not Paleo approved but are not sure whether almond milk is 100% Paleo approved.
Well almonds (organic are best) are Paleo friendly & so is water, therefore combining the two into some sort of almond milk should be fine.
The only concern you should have is consuming mass produced almond milk that could contain loads of sugar, chemicals or other non-Paleo approved ingredients to make it taste good.
