Coconut milk has become very popular for people on Paleo (no dairy), as well as those on the Banting diet especially since Tim Noakes backtracked on dairy &amp; removed cream &amp; yogurt from the green list &amp; then reinstated them. This was after people were complaining that they weren&#039;t losing weight which may have been due to too much dairy consumption (Paleo doesn&#039;t allow dairy).

What sort of lunchboxes can I make for them. I am really lost because I&#039;m so used to giving them bread.
