Coconut flour is OK but Almond flour has less carbs but more fat so it&#039;s up to you - according to Tim Noakes fresh cream is perfectly good for you but if you&#039;re worried about weight gain I would go easy on all dairy but if you&#039;re unsure please consult a registered dietician.]]></description>
